Returns & Exchanges 

We understand the unique needs of grooming professionals like you and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you find the need to make a return or exchange, we have streamlined the process to make it convenient. You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to return products by mail for returns or exchanges. This time frame allows you the opportunity to evaluate your purchase and confidently decide if you are satisfied with your selection. 

Returns and exchanges instructions: 

  1. Write on the original packaging slip specifying the items for return or exchange. For exchanges, indicate the preferred product and include your phone number so we may contact you for inventory-related communication regarding stock availability. You may also email us at info@spgroomingsupply.store before returning your items.
  2. Place both the packing slip with your return information and the items you’d like to return or exchange inside the original packaging.
  3. Ship the package via USPS - 1st class mail to minimize shipping costs. Please note that returns do not include shipping and handling and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and exchanges may take up to three weeks to process. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after the 30-day window has passed. We only accept returns/exchanges of products that have not been used, this includes items that had their seals broken and opened. Items purchased at special prices may be returned or exchanged. ALL DISCONTINUED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.  

 

Items Delivered Damaged or Defective 

For purchased items that were damaged in shipping or arrived defective, we allow a full return or exchange at no expense to the customer. This policy does not extend to products that have been used, opened and their seals broken. Customers have 60 days from the date of delivery to begin the return process for defective or damaged items. The procedure follows the same steps for regular returns and exchanges. SP Grooming Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages in-transit or due to the package being left at the door. 

 

Manufacturer’s Warranty 

Certain products in our inventory come with a Manufacturer’s Warranty, and it’s important to note that SP Grooming Supply is unable to directly facilitate actions covered under the warranty. In the event that a product requires repair or replacement, we kindly ask you to reach out to the manufacturer following the guidelines outlined in the accompanying Manufacturer’s Warranty policy that arrives with the product. 

 

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations can only be made before the order has been packed. Within 30 minutes after placing your order, you may request to have your order put on hold or canceled by emailing info@spgroomingsupply.store. Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.
